Personal Values And Beliefs Theology Religion Essay VALUES: Values describes, important belief in life shared by the member in the same culture about what is good and what is not. Values also create influence on a particular persons life and acts as a guideline. Compared with the great leaders, I also have some mutual values such as non-violence, truth, do good and helping the poor, fight against violence against women, drugs and others but, I stick to my own culture. It is a different value compared with the two leaders. BELIEFS: Beliefs are the rules, habit, and truth in our minds which are followed in our life for the survival. People have different beliefs in life that are usually passed by our parents and generations. The information source is the level of belief. It is also marked as assumptions, which made by ourselves. Compared to the great leaders, I added my culture as my belief and I am easy going man and I accept what is given to me by my parents. But, Mother Teresa and Gandhi have different beliefs. But their views are good. ATTITUDES: Attitudes are the combination of certain subjects from value and beliefs. Each people have different attitudes due to several reasons. Personal attitudes and values are almost similar and attitudes may be either positive or negative. Comparing my attitude with leaders, some of the attitudes are common and some differs. METAPROGRAMS: Metaprograms are filters to perception. There is several metaprograms. While comparing with the metaprogams of the good leaders mentioned above. My answers are different when comparing all the metaprogram with the Mother Teresa and Gandhi. TRAITS: Traits means how they interact with the people. It also means qualities or characteristics of a person. There is positive personal traits and negative personal traits also. Good leaders have traits such as honest, forward looking, intelligent and so on. Like that I mentioned some personal traits of the great leaders. While comparing, I have a personal trait that is thinking before doing. Comparing with them the only trait which I have different from them. Well the difference is because of the time this leaders were present that stands as history. STRATEGIES: Strategies allows us to work on achieving our goals. It is also a plan of action for the desired goals, also could be achievement of goals or solution to a problem. The personal strategy varies according to their nature. Here the two leaders have different strategies and my strategies are also different from them. But, some good leaders have some common personal strategies also. CONCLUSION: To conclude, that above I compared my values, beliefs and so on with the leaders. I analyses the each part of both leaders are different according to their personality and those leader have brought about changes in many peoples life and fought for them. How My Academic Background Will Help Me
The centerpiece of my college education was that it offered me a chance to read extensively, develop writing skills and learn to think logically, coherently and analytically. I developed and nurtured these skills inadvertently by participating in class discussions, group work and research papers. These tools have subsequently been useful in my personal and work experiences. The breadth and depth of my college curriculum offered me the chance to take classes that cut across a broad spectrum of academic disciplines. The relevance of such a broad educational preparation to management is that it helps widen the horizon of analytical, service and product possibilities. Nevertheless, I was cognizant of the need for me to acquire work experience to help ground my education in a practical framework prior to enrolling in graduate school. My choice of management as the area of career interest was not fortuitous. My relentless participation in extracurricular activities in college and the insights I gained helping my mother in her small business helped galvanize my interest in management training and MBA education. Hence my interest in a finance and brokerage operations work after college. By virtue of my three-year work experience, I have been exposed to several management challenges and opportunities. Perhaps most importantly, the challenges have reinforced my interest to seek modern management solutions. I am intrigued by the manner in which the various facets of management affect each other including finance, operations, human resources, marketing, strategy and information technology. My career plan has been to seek different experiences by virtue of six-month stints in different departments. In this connection, I have had assignments in corporate finance, brokerage and human resources, culminating in my current position in back-office operations and settlement. In the above roles, certain characteristics have been apparent to me as critical success factors. I have learned that the attributes of teamwork, initiative, sense of urgency and leadership are at the core of success in management activities. In graduate business school, I would seek to explore the intricacies of modern business management efforts, challenges and opportunities. Moreover, I intend to learn about the relationships of the various disciplines within management and how their interplay may be optimized to benefit a particular entity.

Adult moral reasoning
For an intellectual Fowlerââ¬â¢s framework could be the next ââ¬Å"big thingâ⬠in terms of serious theoretical positions on the formation of morality and moral reasoning and the substance of faith. In a human perspective, Fowler successfully attempted to provide a picture that illustrates and guides both the individual being studied and the observer/scientist via the stages (Berger, 1994).Though these stages are not as explicitly applicable to all persons, like other psychologists such as Erikson and Maslow, Fowlerââ¬â¢s important contribution apparently is more than expansion of Kohlberg or Piaget. His own personal journey, lengthy and in-depth research has given him a solid premise to work on (Berger, 1994).My personal journey may probably be described closely in the perspective which is described by Fowler. I donââ¬â¢t have much experience and enough intellectual prowess and scholarship to be in the position to do a thorough critique on the theory and theorist.Howev er, since it is a personal response paper, there is one segment that I can truly say that speaks a lot about who I am and my own journey. For instance, faith and morality are intricately intertwined just as faith, ethics and values are almost synonymous (Berger, 1994).Fowler may be correct to a certain extent in attributing specific concepts which indeed are descriptive of universal experiences (Berger, 1994), and I cannot argue with this theorist on this issue. It is altogether important to me that individuals must come to grips to the effects of personal faith on conduct and decision making process, and such issues as personal priorities.It is when a person decides to commit to what may be attributed as a mystical Being (i.e., in the conception of God) that spells a difference to that personââ¬â¢s worldview or way of life. I would still like to argue with Fowler that he has reduced so much to an intellectual explanation something which cannot be explained since there is a diffe rence (in my perspective and understanding) between mere knowledge of God and real spirituality.I personally donââ¬â¢t like it when intellectuals and philosophers settle to ââ¬Å"study Godâ⬠or morality and departing from real substantive and life changing faith.Reference:Berger, K. However, this is not true. Jesus Christ is the shortest way of confessing our faith, saying that Jesus is our Christ. Two thousand years ago, there was a great distance between the words Jesus and Christ. It was difficult for the disciples of Jesus to confess that he is their Christ. For two thousand years, the Jews waited for their messiah. However, the Jews did not accept Jesus. The Jews thought that the Christ would have to come from a cloud in heaven. They thought that he would come in majesty and dignity, which is why they could not accept someone so weak. How did Jesus come onto earth? Jesus was born in a manger in the pen of a horse. So to accept this sort of Jesus who was born in such a low manner required great faith. In those days when nobody accepted Jesus as Christ, Peter confesses that Jesus is Christ. This is why this scene is so great and amazing, where Jesus is finally being confessed to as Christ. Also, this is a scene where after Peter confessed that Jesus was Christ, he received great blessings.This scene should not just be one that occurred two thousand years ago.
